The prices shown at checkout are final. By completing your order, you agree to pay the full amount displayed for each selected item.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of placing your order, unless otherwise stated. If payment is delayed or not completed, Circular Saws India reserves the right to initiate legal action to recover dues, including collection fees, legal charges, and other related costs.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped in line with our standard shipping policy in place at the time of dispatch.
Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed. While we strive to deliver on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or other unforeseen factors.
Products will be packed using Circular Saws India standard materials unless special packaging arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

5. International Orders: Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

You, as the buyer, are responsible for ensuring the goods comply with the laws of your country.

Circular Saws India does not make guarantees beyond the terms stated in this agreement. We disclaim all other express or implied warranties, including suitability for specific purposes. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our products.

7. Colour Disclaimer

Please be aware that screen settings, lighting, and device types can affect how colours appear. While we strive for accuracy in product photos, slight variations in colour may occur.

8. Price Disclaimer

We make every effort to list accurate pricing and product information. However, errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details, Circular Saws India reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order, even after it has been placed.

9. Force Majeure

Circular Saws India shall not be liable for failure to deliver goods due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, shipping delays, or shortages in supply. We will do our best to communicate any such delays in good faith.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Delhi, India. Any legal disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi NCR.
