Main Process: The heat treatment gives our friction Saw Blades a hardness of between 42 and 46 Hrc depending on the application and material to be cut. Because of high temperatures, to maintain stability it’s necessary to ensure tool is of correct dimension in order to avoid blade deformation.
Cutting Temperature: Room temperature but water pressure is required for blade washing and cooling.
Cutting Application: Cutting ends, cutting to lengths
